I always had a hard time finding a nice piece for my tragus this looks awesome and is so easy to put in. I ordered Titanium - Silver / 18g: Healed cartilage piercings / 8mm

gorgeous but maybe not super secure

Absolutely gorgeous look -- super sparkly stone of a great size, and relatively easy to get in. The earring fell out the day I put it in, however, which isn't great. Fortunately I was able to get it back in and it hasn't fallen out in the weeks since. So -- great look but maybe not the most secure fitting.
