Maison Miru Jewelry, a young and growing fashion jewelry studio, is looking for a Customer Care Associate to help bring the Maison Miru experience to life, across both online and offline channels. If you're looking to help build an up-and-coming fashion brand and learn how all of the pieces fit together, we want to talk to you!  This is an in person role based in New York City.

Maison Miru is fast-paced and busy – a place to learn by doing.  We’re looking for an energetic Customer Care Associate to help create amazing experiences for our customer community. You’re empowered to make the best decision for each situation by thinking creatively and providing a customer service experience that goes above and beyond.

You’ll own the customer experience as you help customers via email, phone, social media, and potentially live chat.  When it’s safe again, you’ll also have the opportunity to meet some of our lovely customers in person when they make appointments at the studio to shop.

The day to day for this job can vary wildly, so this is a great role for someone who likes to learn.  You’ll help us look for ways to create out-of-this-world customer experiences – and you’ll have the opportunity to develop your ideas and make them a reality.  You might be doing anything from sharing customer stories and answering customer questions via our Instagram account, to assisting with a product or operational launch, to helping us style new looks to share on IG and YouTube.  For the repetitive tasks, you’ll help us figure out how to make processes more efficient.

You have a deep passion for the fashion industry. You thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment, and you have a strong sense of accountability and attention to detail.  Maybe you want to run your own business one day (or have already started one).

You’re empathetic, honest, and kind – and eager to learn and grow with the team.  You’re a problem solver who likes to figure out creative solutions.  You’re ultra-positive, energetic, and you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves and take on anything from shipping to helping us merchandise next season’s collection.
