Customer service

I accidentally picked the wrong size for my ear and exchanging was super easy!

I like this, the clasp gets stuck and it can be hard to take it out due to that but it's a beautiful piece of Jewelry

Lucy S.

I chose the smallest size-it fits perfectly in my rook piercing w/no irritation

Sample Sale Purchase

Got the cartilage hoops and pin flatbacks from the sample sale - both styles fit perfectly and were just as good as brand new product! I was worried since they were sample pieces that there could possibly be issues, but they turned out great.

I will note - the closure can be hard to close by yourself since they are a "seamless" style. Having a professional piercer change out your hardware (especially for helix/cartilage piercings) if that service is available nearby is something I would recommend if that's something you're not used to.
