Our classic cartilage hoop earring is perfectly understated and beautifully minimalist - just as gorgeous by itself as it is in pairs or trios to build your ear party. This earring is made of implant grade titanium for quality - and is 16g (1.2mm), 18g (1mm), or 20g (0.81mm) thick. The most popular size is 8mm (inner diameter). Suitable for cartilage piercings - you can wear it in your tragus or helix.

Had been buying cheaper earrings over the years; they would discolor, hurt if I slept on that side of my head, get snagged by a towel after a shower, etc. This one is perfect, continuous loop and hinge, no sharp edges, made of titanium so it shouldn’t discolor, isn’t leaving black residue on my ear, etc. Honestly, can’t even feel or know it’s there no matter what I do. I’m glad I found this and took a guess at 8mm and 16g, exactly what I hoped it would be. Highly recommend this!

I got two 6mm 18g hoops to put in my double pierced nostrils, the package was 3 weeks late but upon emailing Maison Miru directly, it arrived just after a few days. I really wish you still made these in the 10mm diameter. I had one—it was a perfect fit, but I it fell out a few months back. I wanted to replace it, but you only carry the small size now, which doesn’t work for me (and I’m not interested in any of the bedazzled versions of these earrings). I’d love an update if you ever bring them back!
