Our Pave Lightning Nap Earrings® feature our signature push pin flat backs made from medical-grade titanium, designed for 24/7 poke-free wear and sensitive skin! Our Nap Earrings always come as a pair, featuring 20g-6mm posts (aka the same thickness as traditional earrings) so they’re perfect for lobe piercings.
The push pin earring posts are easy to insert and remove from your ears, and the flat back makes them super comfortable to wear. Two earrings, infinite possibilities. Make it yours.

I absolutely adore these. I had a second lobe piercing that wouldn’t heal (we’re talking MONTHS) and I was desperate for a solution that wouldn’t result in removing the earrings, causing an infection, or getting them re-pierced later down the road. I got a new piercing a few months ago that just wouldn’t heal, and I was getting so frustrated. Just as I was about to give up, I did some research on nap earrings and came across Maison Miru. After reading tons of reviews—some saying they were too loose, difficult to put in, or too small to handle—I was hesitant, but I decided to give them a try. And I’m so happy I did!
These earrings are amazing! As a side sleeper, I can comfortably sleep in them with no issues, and best of all, my piercing has finally healed. They’re also absolutely adorable—I get so many compliments! I loved them so much that I bought a pair for my daughter, who’s also struggling with a piercing, and even got myself a second pair.
Yes, they are tiny, but I’d describe them as dainty rather than small. Despite having long nails, I’ve had no trouble putting them on myself. As for concerns about them being loose, I must have gotten lucky because mine fit perfectly!
I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and highly recommend them!
