Our Pave Lightning Nap Earrings® feature our signature push pin flat backs made from medical-grade titanium, designed for 24/7 poke-free wear and sensitive skin! Our Nap Earrings always come as a pair, featuring 20g-6mm posts (aka the same thickness as traditional earrings) so they’re perfect for lobe piercings.
The push pin earring posts are easy to insert and remove from your ears, and the flat back makes them super comfortable to wear. Two earrings, infinite possibilities. Make it yours.
We also offer singles in additional sizes (gauges and lengths)! Perfect for single lobe earrings, tragus, helix, and other cartilage piercings.

I have a pair of the silver ones, and they really have stayed in through almost everything. I lost one of my pair (after probably a month on end of wear) at a rowing race; I didn't realize until I got back to my room, and by then the backing hadn't even fallen out, only the earring. I emailed customer service sometime after the fact and they very kindly and quickly replaced it. I haven't had any problems since. These are excellent earrings and I very much like them.
