This stud is now available in a threadless push pin flat back style so you can wear it in your cartilage piercings (like a tragus, conch, daith, or helix) - or your standard lobe piercing (in the 20g size).
The push pin earring post is easy to insert and remove from your ear, and the flat back makes it super comfortable to wear (no poking). Our push pin flat back earring studs are made of solid implant grade titanium and are hypoallergenic and always nickel free. One earring, infinite possibilities. Make it yours.

These are great earrings. The flatback makes it possible to wear them all the time, I never take them off. I love the bar because they are still dainty and perfect for 2nd holes but they are more interesting and more noticeable than just a stud.

I recently ordered a few different types of the push pin flat back earrings and they are amazing! I bought a pair for myself and my 5 year old who has been complaining about her hair getting stuck around her earrings and sometimes they get a bit ‘goopy’ if you know what I mean. She is in love with these earrings! She’s always nervous when changing her earrings but she was delightfully surprised when I told her the backs were in and it didn’t even hurt! So far so good, she is loving them and so am I!
