The Sphere Nap Earrings® feature our signature push pin flat backs made from medical-grade titanium, designed for 24/7 poke-free wear and sensitive skin! Our Nap Earrings always come as a pair, featuring 20g-6mm posts (aka the same thickness as traditional earrings) so they’re perfect for lobe piercings.
The push pin earring posts are easy to insert and remove from your ears, and the flat back makes them super comfortable to wear. Two earrings, infinite possibilities. Make it yours.

The 6mm little spheres are so cute. They look best in the first hole of the lobe. They look too large when you use them in the upper lobe or helix. Stick to the 3mm sized sphere if you plan on using the jewelry in one of those piercings.
