2 stars only because they really are beautiful. Unfortunately, I had to return them because the level of difficulty to put them in is simply not realistic or practical for me. I tried over several very frustrating hours on multiple days and finally gave up hope. The price point is just too high for the trouble. If you are very nimble or have petite hands, these may work for you. I wish they would offer a screwback option so these could be accessable to all
Deco nap earrings are adorable. However they are very difficult to put on and I can’t wear them for more than two days straight without my ears getting itchy and irritated. I also think the post is pretty long as they sort of dip out of the piercing hole.
I unboxed them and tried to pull them apart for the first time to put them in and the post broke immediately. Of the three pairs of nap earrings I bought at once, only one pair made it through the first wear. These broke immediately and one earring of the second pair fell out because it wouldn’t close properly. They are adorable and comfortable so it’s a shame that the quality isn’t better.
I've been wearing push fit jewelry in my helix piercings and nostril for years. I had never considered wearing them in my lobes until I saw Maison Miru nap earrings. I was so excited to get these and immediately put them in when I got them. I took them out after a few weeks and found the pins weren't fitting very tight and they were close to falling out on their own. Next time I went to put them back in I tried to bend the pins a little more for a tighter hold like I've done dozens of times for my other push fit jewelry. Unlike my other jewelry, however, these pins were way too soft and when I tried to put the slightly more bent pins in the posts, the pins bent at the decorative part. I tried to straighten them back out very gently and try again and was able to get one back in my ear with the pin snug enough to hold. The other pin snapped off the decorative part. Super frustrating for such expensive jewelry. My cheaper push fit pins for my other piercings have lasted years and years and never had this issue. Such a bummer because these are so cute.
These are such a fun twist on a simple stud. I really love the shape and the detail. The post isn’t centered and I think I wish it was because then the placement on my ear would be more consistent. That being said, I’m very happy with them! Super comfortable and holding up well to 24/7 wear!
