Allergic and looks kind of cheap

Unfortunately the chain doesn’t look very uniform and most importantly, I have had an allergic reaction to it every time I’ve worn it. After writing to the company I was kind of gaslighted about how nobody ever really has allergic reactions. I wear plenty of jewelry and this hasn’t happened with other chains, necklaces or bracelets. I was disappointed when I wasn’t offered a discount code or anything for a future order to “fix” this bad experience, so it’s safe to say I’m not getting anything from here again.
