Tiny Dewdrop Threaded Flat Back Earring

I bought this dewdrop earring with a flat back and huggie hoops from Madison Miru well over a year ago but keep forgetting to write a review. The finish on the post of the earring wore off after about two months. The “stone” in this earring is open in the back so that crud can get behind the stone making it both dull looking and hard to clean. The huggie hoops stopped “clicking” closed within weeks. This isn’t high end jewelry but it isn’t super cheap either. I expected way better. I assumed they’d at least last a year before I had issues. On the upside the metal didn’t irritate my skin so there is that.

The earring was already broken when I received it. Customer Service was very helpful and quick to resolve the issue, but the earring does not seem to be good quality, especially for the price. It irritates my ear every time I put it in!

I was incredibly excited to use my teardrop shaped flat back. Mason Miru quality is top notch. I wore my last flat back for almost 2 years with no problem. I put in the new one, tightened it and fell out after 2 days. I can't say anything bad i just wish I had my earring!
