Just got these earrings a couple weeks ago and love the size and look, but sadly noticed on of the hoops somehow unlatched and fell out of my ear. When taking the other out opening the other hoop was very easy so makes me think the latch keeping the hoops closed aren’t the strongest.

One clasp had to be adjusted for it to snap into place. Otherwise it is a great product.

Very pretty, but you have to make sure the hoop is completely clasped. And the clasp is locked. I lost an earring within two days of wear. I reached out twice to the support / customer service team. And received no feedback. I was merely asking for a discount so I could replace the lost earring. I do love the look of these. Its unfortunate that customer service is poor.
