Titanium nitride is a hypoallergenic material that is more durable and resistant to wear than traditional gold plating. PVD coating is also more environmentally friendly than traditional plating.

I really like these earrings. They are cute, petite in size, and comfortable! I want to buy the silver version later. I wish they were a little brighter, though. They look brighter against the black background than on me for whatever reason 🤷♀️ I was given a pair that looked just like these except instead are 14k gold plated. Although of cheaper quality, visually they have a brighter gold color, the crystals are more shiny, and so they pop more when worn. I appreciate the quality of these, though.
