The back ball got stuck, caused a granuloma, had to get professionally removed. Would seriously warn not to get these. Felt scammed.

Wore these regularly for a year. Normal hygiene, regular cleaning, etc. A few months ago they became impossible to remove. I had to go to a piercer and they struggled with it too, ended up using pliers to get one ball off and CUT the post of the other earring that was extremely stuck. The piercer said they’d never seen a ball back like this one. So it seems like whatever plastic (?) situation is inside the ball backing fused/melted really strongly onto the post, because the ball could spin but it would absolutely not come off the post.
Altogether they’re beautiful and stayed on well (lol) the whole time I wore them. No complaints on aesthetics, and I certainly could sleep in them. Love this company, bought many other pieces here. I suggest some more transparency about what the plastic is inside the ball backing and why it gets so stuck. Be aware if you’re looking to set and forget these, they might not come out!
