I designed the Eternity Cartilage Hoop with a delicate row of CZs along its side - a representation of eternal love, and a symbol of strength and creativity. Our Eternity Cartilage Hoop is elegantly minimalist - and just as gorgeous by themselves as they are in pairs or trios to build your ear party.
This cartilage hoop earring is made of implant grade titanium for quality - and is 16g (1.2mm) or 18g (1.0mm) thick. The most popular size is 8mm (inner diameter). Suitable for cartilage piercings - you can wear them in your tragus or helix.

I love this hoop! It’s the first time I have switched to a hoop for my helix piercing and I’ve had no irritation or inflammation. I love the little sparkle it adds too! I’ve always put in cartilage hoops that have the little bulb bearing in there, which is forever popping out and leaving me with a horseshoe in my ear. This hoop feels satisfyingly robust and I love that there is a whole line of sparkles so I don’t have a constant compulsion to fiddle with the earring and get the sparkly part pointing forward. FYI I do tend to have pretty sensitive ears and weirdly thin lobes, for the nappy earrings I need the 4 mm post. I originally tried the eternity hoop in the thinner 18 gauge but I didn’t like it as much because the sparkles are also thinner. The normal 16 gauge is a very comfortable thickness and the difference in the presence of the earring was noticeable. Really happy with this simple, elegant piece.
