The pictures do not clearly show the ball backing of this earring. I thought this was an alternative to the flat back studs where the post would not stick out and poke me in the back, and would be easier to put on than the flat back, but instead the post goes all the way through the ball and sticks out the back. It’s awkward and takes quite a while to twist the balls on all the way when comparing it to a simple push backing. Would not order this style backing again.
