Our internally threaded flat back earring studs are made of solid medical grade titanium and are hypoallergenic and always nickel free. Also available in solid 14k gold.

- Internally threaded stud is made of solid implant grade titanium
- Earring top is solid sterling silver with high quality CZ
- Gold version is coated in 18K Gold PVD Plating
- Silver version is coated in rhodium for quality
- Earring top is 5mm in diameter, 3mm flat back disc
- Two gauges: 16g (1.2mm) and 18g (1mm) internally threaded posts
- Two lengths: 6mm and 8mm
- Hypoallergenic and always nickel free

For the price of this earring, I would have expected significantly better quality! The stones have yellowed and even turned my skin green less in less than a year of wearing them. They are comfortable, but look very cheap. I wish I wouldn’t have purchased a ton of these and waited to see the quality first. I would recommend finding something of actual quality instead of wasting your money on this brand! I would give it 0 stars if I could!

I have struggled with sensitive skin/ears my entire life and completely gave up wearing earrings for years. The titanium combined with the flat backs made me want to give them a try again and my ears feel great! So comfortable to sleep in and I have had no reactions or irritations to the metal at all. So glad I can wear earrings again! The posts are slightly too long for my ears, maybe I have really skinny lobes. Not a huge deal but it’s something I’ve noticed.
