The push pin earring post is easy to insert and remove from your ear, and the flat back makes it super comfortable to wear (no poking). Our push pin flat back earring is made of solid implant grade titanium and are hypoallergenic and always nickel free.

I absolutely love these earrings. I have numerous styles of the Push Pin style/Nap earrings. I love them so much!! They fit perfectly, are super easy to put in and I never even notice them since they aren't bulky. Sleeping on my side has become enjoyable again! Huge Fan! I also have crazy sensitive ears and usually get massive irritation by all materials, even platinum. These ones haven't bothered me at all!!!
