A shiny little reminder that love is all around, our Classic Heart Push Pin Flat Back Earring is now available in a threadless push pin flat back style so you can wear it in your cartilage piercings (like a tragus, conch, daith, or helix) - or your standard lobe piercing (in the 20g size).
The push pin earring post is easy to insert and remove from your ear, and the flat back makes it super comfortable to wear (no poking). Our push pin flat back earring is made of solid implant grade titanium and are hypoallergenic and always nickel free.

- Push pin stud backing is made of solid implant grade titanium
- Earring top is solid implant grade titanium
- Gold version is coated in 18K Gold PVD Plating
- Earring top is 4mm wide by 3.5mm tall, 3mm flat back disc
- Three gauges: 16g (1.2mm), 18g (1.0mm), and 20g (0.8mm)
- Two lengths: 6mm and 8mm
- Hypoallergenic and always nickel free

I got these to switch out with the standard earring that comes with getting pierced. I am allergic to any nickel or mixed metals.... so the switch was mandatory.
The 6mm was a bit short and I should've gotten a 8mm.
I waited an extra week for them to heal a bit more before trying to switch them out again and they are healing a lot better now.

I haven’t been able to wear earrings for more than a few hours for years due to swelling and discomfort. These were a little hard to get on because they are a larger caliber than normal, but after a few days my ears have fully adjusted and I haven’t taken them off in over a week!
