I got these to where in my first of three lobe piercings. They are dainty and I cannot even tell I am wearing them! If you are looking for large and bold earrings, these probably aren’t going to be for you. If you want something simple and minimal, these are a great pick. I haven’t felt the need for a backer. I did squeeze the sides together and they have stayed in my ears just fine.
