QuickBooks Online Integration — End User License Agreement

1. Scope
This agreement covers the QuickBooks Online data integration ("the Integration") built and operated by Maison Miru LLC for its own internal use. The Integration is not offered, sold, licensed, or distributed to any third party.
2. Licensee
The sole authorized users are employees and contractors of Maison Miru LLC acting on the company's behalf.
3. Permitted use
The Integration reads financial data from Maison Miru's own QuickBooks Online company file into Maison Miru's private data warehouse, for internal financial reporting and analysis.
4. Restrictions
The Integration may not be redistributed, resold, or sublicensed, and may not be connected to any QuickBooks Online company other than Maison Miru's own.
5. Data handling
Data retrieved remains the property of Maison Miru LLC and is stored in an access-controlled Google Cloud project. It is not sold or shared with third parties other than the infrastructure providers used to operate the warehouse.
6. No warranty
The Integration is provided as-is for internal use, without warranty of any kind.
7. Termination
Maison Miru may disconnect the Integration at any time through the QuickBooks Online app connection settings.
