Crystal Trinity Threaded Flat Back Earring

Unfortunately it only lasted about a week and the back is so in my ear. But the front piece and jewelry , the threading was stripped and came undone. The front earring popped out.
I’m disappointed for the high cost and the quality of what I received.

I ordered some new, neutral, minimalistic pieces for my conch and helix piercings. Absolutely in love with them, but I accidentally ordered the wrong length. When I contacted customer service, they responded right away, gave really clear instructions on how to exchange, and I was given two options for how "soon" I wanted my exchanges. The process was seamless and I feel comfortable knowing they had my back and were so willing to help me get my jewels to me faster. After wearing my pieces for the past month, I feel complete because they're always worn and essentially a part of my physical identity. I have very sensitive "princess" ears and have had zero issues with discoloration, irritation, rust, infection, any of that. This is my second purchase ever with Maison Miru and I definitely plan to come back <3
