The stud came bent

I was so excited to receive these dainty earrings. I have had my ears pierced for years, but stopped wearing earrings a while ago. I finally decided to add these to my jewelry box and was so excited when I received them. The excitement turned a little sour when I noticed one of the studs came bent. Not sure if it got damaged in transit (came in an envelope), or if it’s just a quality control thing?
I also ordered the Zelda necklace, and was stoked to wear it daily! After my first wear I noticed that the link closest to the stone had come undone and my necklace was holding on by resting on the back of my neck. Thankfully I noticed it before it fall off and lost it.
Not sure if I’ll order again, loved the style of the pieces, just not sure the quality is there yet.
