Didn’t tarnish but hinge kept opening

I wore it for a few months 24/7 in my nose and loved it. There was no tarnishing and it was easy to put in and was staying in well for a while. Then I started having environmental allergies and got sick so I was messing with my runny nose a lot and the hoop started opening really easily and I got worried it would open in my sleep so I switched it out. Now I’m temporarily wearing a stud from this company while I look for a new gold hoop.

Great until tarnished

It’s really hard to find gold jewelry that doesn’t tarnish quickly and there are a lot of companies that claim their plated jewelry will last long. I have 2 of these earrings for my cartilage piercings and wearing them for about 8 months they are already tarnishing.

Perfect add for everyday wear

Love these cartilage hoops-- I bought 2 and have been wearing them everyday on my ear lobes so far. The clasp is seamless-- can turn the hoop all the way around with no snags! Super comfortable and a must-have piece for mixing and matching

I’ve had this for a couple of months and most of the gold plating has worn off, which it wouldn’t have happened to fast.

Not very sturdy

The first use was great, but after I put it in the second time, it suddenly doesn’t ever quite line up flush and the loop is asymmetrical. This causes it to snag a bit, and it also pops open and falls out at times. My hope was to wear this 24/7, but I do t think it’s durable enough
