Cosmic Cartilage Hoop

I’ve had the same ear jewelry in for so long and it was time for a change. I couldn’t be happier with all of the pieces i bought. So easy to place in my ear and looks fantastic!

I normally buy my clickers from studs but I was looking for a specific one (gold with “diamonds” on the outside rim) and Instagram brought me to Maison Miru. Although their jewelry was twice the price, I figured I’d be getting what I paid for, however, I was very disappointed. After less than two weeks, the jewelry has tarnished, the faux diamonds have lost their sparkle, and the clicker opens whenever it feels like it. I never had this issue with Studs with any of my jewelry and I have 11 piercings in my ears. I would not recommend purchasing again and certainly not for the price of MM’s jewelry

This is so small it doesn’t fit in either of my cartilage piercings.

Granted, I bought the gold plated titanium to see if I liked the size and style and, if I liked it, fully intended to purchase the 14kt. However, I was surprised at how quickly the yellow got a more brassy/greenish look. I wore it 24/7 for two weeks and it is already obviously not real gold.
Also, I was not happy that it didn’t come with a left and a right version. It’s just a left version meaning for my right ear I have to put it in from the back which is a bit painful
That said, I do like the style and, if I order it again, it will be in the 14kt gold.
